Bioinformatics Engineer

- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related fields
We are looking for a bioinformatician who can build, validate and maintain somatic variant analysis pipelines for tumor sequencing data across targeted panels, WES and WGS. You will work across the full workflow, from alignment and somatic variant calling through annotation and clinical interpretation, ensuring accuracy, reproducibility and seamless integration into Vgen23.
All of our pipelines run on AWS, so this role needs someone who is comfortable working in the cloud: running Nextflow at scale, managing compute and storage, and keeping workloads fast, reliable and cost-efficient.
